وخلال الحفل ألقى سعادة حمد بن خميس العامري وكيل وزارة القوى العاملة لشؤون العمل ورئيس اللجنة الفنية لبرنامج التنويع الاقتصادي لمختبر سوق العمل والتشغيل كلمة الوزارة أشار فيها إلى أن البرنامج يأتي ليجسّر الهوّة ويخرّج كفاءات عمانية بمستوى عالٍ في مجال الإدارة والقيادة
