25/1 بشرط التزام "المستأجر" بجميع الالتزامات والتعهدات الواردة في هذا العقد بما فيها دفع المبالغ المستحقة عليه في مواعيدها، بالإضافة إلى تقيده بجميع الأنظمة واللوائح والتعليمات السارية، يحق "للمستأجر" طلب تجديد العقد لمدة مماثلة أو أي مدة أخرى يتفق عليها الطرفان، على أن يكون طلب التجديد بإشعار خطي "لمدن" يفصح "المستأجر" فيه عن رغبته في تجديد العقد قبل سنة واحدة من تاريخ انتهائه. وفي حالة عدم التزامه بالاشعار قبل المدة المذكورة (سنة واحدة) يحق "لمدن" عدم الموافقة على تجديد العقد.
