وحيث أنه تم مخالفة البنود المنصوص عليها في العقد المشار إليه أعلاه، فقد تقرر إلغاء هذا العقد وسحب الأرض. عليه فإنه يلزمكم تسليم الأرض خلال (30) يوم من تاريخه ، وفي حال عدم إلتزامكم بذلك فإن للهيئة الحق بالتصرف في الأرض تصرف المالك دون أدنى مسئولية ودون أي تعويض، مع إحتفاظ الهيئة في كل الأحوال بحقها في مطالبتكم بالتعويض عن أي خسائر أو أضرار أو مصاريف تتكبدها بسبب إخلالكم بالعقد وعدم تجاوبكم مع هذا الإخطار ، مع تحملكم سداد جميع الإيجارات المستحقة عليكم حتى التاريخ الفعلي لاستلام الهيئة للأرض محل العقد.
