3. تبدأ اللجنة المشار إليها في البند (1) من هذه المادة أعمال التسوية المالية بتاريخ .. / .. / ....م، أي قبل (60) ستين يوماً من تاريخ انتهاء عقد الإيجار، على أن تنهي أعمالها في موعد أقصاه (6) ستة أيام من التاريخ المذكور.
