1.5 وعليه، أعلن رئيس المجلس الشيخ صالح علي الصقري إفتتاح الجلسة وتمت تلاوة جدول الأعمال الذي تضمن ما يلي:

1.5.1 الإطلاع على توصية لجنة الترشيحات والمكافآت بشأن تعيين رئيس الشئون المالية (CFO) ورئيس الموارد البشرية والشئون الإدارية (CHRO) والموافقة عليها؛
1.5.2 الإطلاع على التقدم الحاصل/بحث ما يرتبط بموضوع الملاءة المالية (Solvency)؛
1.5.3 الإطلاع على التقدم الحاصل في سير عمل المستشار الفني (McKinsey)؛
1.5.4 إشعار مجلس الإدارة بشأن عدم رغبة المدير العام الأستاذ محمد الخطيب تجديد عقده، وإستقالة كلاً من مدير إدارة تقنية المعلومات بالشركة، ومدير إدارة المخاطر، ومدير إدارة الرقابة النظامية؛
1.5.5 الإطلاع على التقدم الحاصل بشأن تسوية جميع الحسابات العالقة مع الأطراف ذات العلاقة؛
