الشيخ الدكتور صلاح مستشار شرعي حاصل على شهادة الدكتوراة في التمويل الاسلامي بجامعة ادنبرة بالمملكة المتحدة و الماجستير من جامعة الإمام في المملكة العربية السعودية. يشغل حاليا وظيفة استاذ مساعد بقسم الدراسات الاسلامية و العربية بكلية الدراسات المساندة و التطبيقية بجامعة فهد للبترول و المعادن، كتب العديد من البحوث و المقالات تتعلق بالقطاع المصرفي الاسلامي نشرت في صحف عديدة ابرزها صحيفة الاقتصاد
