و بسؤال وكيل المدعين عن رأيه في قيمة الارض التي تشكل الأصل الاهم للصندوق و إجراءات بيعها، اجاب بأنه يحصر دعواه على العائد على الوحدات في الصندوق مع إقراره بعدالة سعر الارض و يطلب إعادة تحليل عوائد الصندوق إستنادًا على الايرادات الثابتة له و التحقيق في بعض المصروفات التي قللت من قيمة الارض
