ويتعين على العميل حماية المدير وتعويضه عن أية مطالبات والتزامات مالية يدفعها أو يتحملها بسبب الاعتماد على ذلك التوكيل أو تشغيل الحساب من قبل الوكيل الحاصل على تلك الوكالة. ومقابل تصرف المدير اعتماداً على تلك الوكالة، يوافق العميل على أن أي تصرف يقوم به الوكيل الفعلي قبل استلام المدير إشعاراً خطي بإلغائه موقع من العميل أو إشعاراً خطي فعلي بوفاة العميل، سيكون ملزم للعميل وتركته وممثليه الشرعيين.
