كذلــك تعمــل إدارة الكفــاءات على تنظيــم برامــج تدريبيــة جديــدة حيث في عــام 2015م، تــم تدريــب اكثــر مــن 2,954 موظــف على حســب احتياجاتهــم الوظيفيــة بــما يعــادل 70,704 ســاعة تدريبيــة، بالإضافة إلى أنه تــم تنفيذ برنامج مستقبل البلاد لعام 2015م، وبعــد اعتماد ســلم الرواتــب الجديــد في ديسمبر العــام 2013م، وضــع القطــاع آليــة متكاملــة لتطبيقــه اعتمدهــا مجلــس إدارة البنــك، حيث في عام 2015م، تم الانتهاء من تنفيذها حسب الخطة المعتمدة.
