وبذلك فأنا مسؤول مسئولة تامة عن جواز سفري الأصلي وسيبقي معي وأتعهد بتسليمه للمكتب بعد تجديده أو تحديث أي معلومات به وذلك لنقل المعلومات في الجوازات السعودية ثم إستعادته مرة أخرى.

عليه أقر بأن شركة سيتاف السعودية المحدودة لن تكون مسؤولة عن أي أمور قانونية أو غيرها بشأن فقدان جواز سفري بعد إستلامي له.
