14- كما انه لا يمكننا في هذا المجال الا الاضاءة على القوانين التمييزية الحاصلة تجاه اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في لبنان تذرعا بمنع توطينهم في لبنان وخاصة فيما يتعلّق بحق الملكية وبحق العمل وبالحقوق الانسانية الاخرى التي يجب ان يتمتع فيها اللاجؤون الفلسطينيون الى حين عودتهم الى ديارهم.
