يلتزم الطرف الأول بمنح التفويض اللازم للطرف الثاني ليتمكن من الانتفاع بالسيارة إذا طلب الطرف الثاني ذلك وعلى الطرف الثاني تجديد هذا التفويض قبل انتهاء مدته ويتحمل الطرف الثاني وحده أي أضرار تلحق به أو بالمفوض بقيادة السيارة أو بالغير نتيجة مخالفة ذلك وقيادة السيارة بعد انتهاء مدة التفويض كما يتحمل الطرف الثاني تكلفة إصدار التفويض وقدرها .... ريال لصالح الطرف الأول وفي حال وجود أي رسوم حكومية أو تأمينية أخرى فإنها تكون محملة على الطرف الثاني ويلتزم الطرف الأول بإزالة ما يمنع الانتفاع بالملكية المؤجرة كلياً أو جزئياً خلال 30 يوم وفي حال عدم قيام الطرف الأول بذلك يجوز للطرف الثاني اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لحماية الملكية المؤجرة والانتفاع الكامل بها على نفقة الطرف الأول خصماً من دفعات الأجرة اللاحقة
