22/3 في حالة عدم التزام "المستأجر" بسداد المبالغ المستحقة بذمته حسب المواعيد المقررة، يحق لـ "مدن" قطع الخدمات مثل (الكهرباء، المياه، الصرف الصحي، المياه الصناعية) عن "المستأجر" دون أدنى مسئولية على "مدن" بالتعويض عن أية أضرار ناتجة عن ذلك. مع بقاء حق "مدن" في فسخ العقد طبقاً للمادة (29) من هذا العقد، دون اللجوء إلى الإجراء المنصوص عليه في هذه الفقرة.
