9.1 أفادت أمانة سر المجلس بأنه يجب على مجلس الإدارة مراجعة/إعادة الموافقة على هذه السياسة من خلال توصية من اللجنة التنفيذية عند حدوث تغيير لمجلس الإدارة، أي بعد مضي ثلاث سنوات كحد أقصى من تاريخ إعتمادها، مالم يحدث في غضون ذلك تغييرات تستوجب مراجعتها قبل إنقضاء هذه المدة، علماً بأن مجلس الإدارة كان قد وافق على هذه السياسة بموجب القرار رقم (56/2013) وتاريخ 13/09/1434هـ الموافق 22/07/2013م.
9.2 أفاد عضو اللجنة التنفيذية الأستاذ عبدالملك الصانع، بأنه من المقرر أن تجتمع اللجنة خلال الفترة القادمة لمناقشة وبحث هذه السياسة مع بنود أخرى، لذا فإن اللجنة لم تتمكن من رفع توصيتها لمجلس الإدارة وطلب تأجيل هذا البند لحين إجتماع مجلس الإدارة القادم، وهو ما وافق عليه نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة وجميع الأعضاء الحضور.

9.1 the Board secretariat reported that the Governing Council should review/re-approval of this policy through the recommendation of the Executive Committee when a change to the Board, after a maximum of three years from the date of adoption, unless in the meantime changes require review before the expiry of this period, note that the Governing Council had agreed to this policy (56/2013) date 13/09/1434 (h) 22/07/2013.9.2 the Executive Committee Member said the professor's manufacturer, that Committee is scheduled to meet during the coming period to discuss and examine this policy with other items, so that the Committee could not raise its recommendation to the Board and asked to defer the item until the next Board meeting, and is approved by the Deputy Chairman and all members attend.

9.1 According to Secretariat of the Council that the Board of Directors must be reviewed / re - approval of this policy through the recommendation of the Executive Committee at the time of change of the Governing Council, ie after the maximum of three years from the date of adoption, unless it happens in the meantime changes require review before the expiry this time, knowing that the Governing Council had agreed to this policy under resolution No. (56/2013) dated 09/13/1434 H corresponding to 07/22/2013 AD.
9.2 According to a member of the Executive Committee , Mr. Abdulmalik manufacturer, as scheduled , the Committee shall meet within the coming period to discuss and debate this policy with other items, so the Committee was unable to raise its recommendation to the board of Directors and asked to postpone this item until the next meeting of the board of Directors, which was approved by the Vice chairman of the board and all the members of the audience.
