وقد تم نقل ملكية قطعة الأرض المشار إليها وما عليها عن طريق عقد البيع إلى الشركة المصدرة، حصراً لغايات إصدار صكوك الإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك موضوع هذه النشرة، وفق أحكام قانون صكوك التمويل الإسلامي رقم (30) لسنة (2012م) والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه، وذلك مقابل ثمن إجمالي متفق عليه يبلغ مبلغاً وقدره (34000000) أربعة وثلاثون مليون دينار أردني فقط لا غير، علماً بأن نقل الملكية المشار إليه قد تم لدى دائرة الأراضي والمساحة المختصة حسب الأصول،
