و حيث اكتفى كل من الطرفين فيما ذكره في هذه الجلسة، قررت اللجنة حجز القضية للتأمل و الدراسة مع انتظار المدعي عليها لتقديم ما طلب منها في هذه الجلسة. و بذلك اختتمت الجلسة
