تنقطع مهلة مرور الزمن بالنسبة للمبالغ المستحقة للخزينة، و تمدد لأربع سنوات جديدة ، بمجرد الشروع في الملاحقة الفردية من خلال تبليغ امر قبض او تبليغ انذار شخصي او اعتراف الخاضع بالدين أو اي عمل آخر قاطع لمرور الزمن وفقاً حكام قانون الموجبات والعقود
