25/2 يجب أن يكون تجديد العقد بموجب موافقة خطية من كلا الطرفين وتوقيع عقد بذلك، ولا يتجدد تلقائيا. وفي حال انتهاء مدة العقد واستمرار الطرفين في تنفيذ بنوده دون إفصاح أيا منهما عن رغبته في تجديد العقد أو إنهائه، فإن هذا العقد يتجدد لمدة سنة واحدة فقط.
