كما إن وظيفة قطاع الالتزام، تعنى بحصر وتوضيح الأنظمة والتعليمات والسياسات والإجراءات المطلوب تطبيقها في البنك، ومن ثم التأكد من وضعها في سياسات وإجراءات وبرامج عمل معتمدة, وكذلك التأكد الدائم والمستمر أن هذه السياسات و الإجراءات يتم العمل فعلاً بموجبها، ويتم تحديثها بشكل مستمر. كما تعمل على تبليغ ونشر ثقافة الالتزام لدى موظفي وعملاء البنك عن طريق وسائل الاتصال الداخلي والخارجي.
