فقد تطرق الباحث فيها إلى تعريف المصلحة والصفة وتحديد مكانة وأهمية كلٍ منهما بين شروط قبول دعوى، كما تناول فيه أيضا تحديد العلاقة بينهما في إطار دعوى الإلغاء، وفي الفصل الثاني "خصائص المصلحة وأنواعها" تناول الباحث فيه وقت توافر المصلحة والصفة وكذلك طبيعة الدفع بانعدام المصلحة .
ومن خلال ذلك توصل الباحث إلى العديد من النتائج والتوصيات .

It has touched a researcher in the definition of interest and capacity and identifying the status and importance of each of the conditions to accept the lawsuit, also dealt with the identification of their relationship in the context of a case of cancellation, In the second chapter , "interest and types of properties , " the researcher at the time of the availability of interest and as such, as well as the nature of the payment lack of interest .
In doing so , the researcher suggested many of the findings and recommendations.

The researcher tackled to the definition of stakeholders and the identification of the prestige and importance of each condition for accepting cases, and dealt with the relationship between them in a cancellation, in chapter second, characteristics and types of stakeholders which tackle the time availability and interest as well as the nature of the payment of interest.By this, the researcher has reached several conclusions and recommendations.
