كان الحقل الذي كانت تعمل فيه العائله أنذاك في نهاية الخمسينيات من القرن الماضي يبعد حوالي كيلومتر ونصف من قريتنا "شهركان" ، وكان هذا الحقل مملوكا من قبل أحد أفراد العائلة الحاكمة في البحرين وإستأجرته عائلتنا للعمل وكسب الرزق... وكان يقع على شاطئ البحر في غرب جزيرة البحرين قريباً من الشاطئ المتصل حالياً ببلاج الجزائر مروراً بقرية الزلاق
