2. إذا تطلب حل النزاع مدة تزيد على (15) خمسة عشر يوماً حتى انقضى تاريخ انتهاء عقد الايجار، جاز للطرفين استكمال إجراءات التسوية المالية والتسليم في حدود المسائل المتفق عليها بين الطرفين، ونقل حيازة العقار إلى الطرف الأول، وإخلاء الطرف الثاني للعقار، مع تحفظ على كل طرف على المسائل المختلف عليها إلى أن يبتُّ فيها المُحكَّم.
