يعتقد غالبية شبابنا بان مستقبلهم الوظيفي يتم بالحصول على شهادة جامعية تمكنهم من الحصول على وظيفة بكل يسر وسهولة. وان سوق العمل في القطاع الخاص يضمن لهم الوظيفة بعد تخرجهم من الجامعة يعود ذلك للثقافة السائدة في مجتمعنا. لا يلام شبابنا لقصور في برامج التوعية لدينا. كان الواجب علينا إدخال مناهج التربية المهنية ضمن المناهج التعليمية حتى يتمكن الطالب والطالبة في المراحل الأولى معرفة الجوانب المهنية ومن ثم تكون له ميول لدراستها كما تفعل معظم دول العالم المتقدم حيث يعلم الأبناء من الصغر كيف يتجهون للأعمال التقنية والمهنية وينمى الوعي لديهم.
