إذا تم رفض طلب الاشتراك كليا او جزئ

إذا تم رفض طلب الاشتراك كليا او جزئيًا لأي سبب، يقوم مدير الصندوق بإعادة الجزء غير المستغل من مبلغ الاشتراك إلى المشترك بالاضافة إلى رسوم الاشتراك الذي استلمه مدير الصندوق لإصدار الوحدات للمشترك بنسبة و التناسب لما تم قبوله او رفضه. و ذلك بموجب شيك يرسل بالبريد او عبر تحويل بنكي

If the subscription request is denied in whole or in part for any reason, the Fund Manager shall return the unutilized portion of the amount of the subscription to the Subscriber in addition to the subscription fees received by a Fund Manager to issue units to common ratio and proportionality was accepted or rejected. By cheque sent by mail or via bank transfer

Results (English) 2:

If the application has been rejected in whole or in part for any reason, the fund manager to re-untapped part of the subscription amount to the joint as well as the subscription received by the fund manager for the issuance of common units of proportionality and by what has been accepted or rejected fees. And so by check sent by mail or through bank transfer

Results (English) 3:

If the request is denied involvement, wholly or partially, for any reason, the fund manager shall return the unutilized portion of the amount of the contribution to the subscriber and subscription fees. It is received by the fund manager and proportionality to the issuance of units to the subscriber byOr not.And that by a check sent by post or via bank transfer
