يجوز للعامل بموافقة المنشأة الحصول

يجوز للعامل بموافقة المنشأة الحصول على إجازة بدون أجر يتفقان على تحديدها ، ويعد عقد العمل موقوفاً خلال مدة الإجازة فيما زاد على عشرين يوماً مالم يتفق الطرفان على خلاف ذلك .
