كما يجوز للمدير حيثما كان مناسباً أن يستخدم الوكلاء لتأدية الخدمات الإدارية وخدمات التعامل والخدمات التبعية الأخرى المطلوبة لأداء واجباته المنصوص عليها في هذه الاتفاقية. وسيعمل المدير بحسن نية ويستخدم القدر المعقول من المهارة والعناية في اختيار الوكلاء واستخدامهم ومراقبتهم.

The Director will work in good faith and used reasonable skill and care in selecting agents and their use and control.
