(4) إن توقيع طلب الاكتتاب يعتبر إقراراً من المكتتب بأن جميع المعلومات الواردة فيه صحيحة وكاملة، وإقراراً باستلامه نسخة من نشرة الإصدار وعقد التأسيس والنظام الأساسي للشركة المصدرة، وكذلك إقرار وموافقة منه على كافة ما ورد فيها وعلى الاكتتاب في الصكوك المعروضة على مسؤوليته الكاملة.
