إن نصوص هذه الاتفاقية المتعلقة بأتعاب إدارة الاستثمار وتكاليفها ورسومها ومصاريفها والمبالغ الأخرى المستحقة لمدير الاستثمار، واختيار القانون وسلطة الاختصاص القضائي والتبليغ وجميع الحقوق والالتزامات التي استحقت أو نشأت قبل إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية ستبقى سارية المفعول والنفاذ حتى بعد إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية.

Results (English) 1:

The provisions of this Convention relating to investment management fees, costs, charges and expenses and other amounts payable to the investment manager, and choice of law and jurisdictional authority and reporting, all rights and obligations accrued or arisen before the termination of this agreement will remain valid and enforceable even after termination of this agreement.

Results (English) 2:

The provisions of this Agreement relating to fees investment management, costs and fees and expenses and other amounts owed to the investment manager, the choice of law and the authority of the jurisdiction, reporting and all rights and obligations accrued or arose before the termination of this Agreement will remain in force and effect even after the termination of this Agreement.
