وبعون الله في سنة 2015م، تم افتتاح 4 فروع جديدة واستقطاب 150 جهة لتمويل منسوبيها كما نمت المبيعات بنسبة 32% مقارنة بعام 2014م، ونمت الرسوم المحصلة 57% مقارنة بالعام 2014م، كما تم تركيب 1,564 جهازاً نقاط بيع وتم فتح 176 حساب حكومي وخيري. وسيواصل قطاع الافراد في العام 2016م، في استهداف شرائح عملاء جديدة و تنمية العوائد بطرح منتجات جديدة تلبي رغبات عملاءه كما يهدف إلى التوسع في استحداث اساليب متطورة و حديث في جذب و استقطاب عملاءه و تلبية تطلعاتهم الحالية و المستقبلية
