2.1 بناءً على طلب معالي وزير المالية بموجب كتابه رقم 15/20/17084 تاريخ 29/6/2015 الموجه إلى معالي رئيس مجلس مفوضي هيئة الأوراق المالية، أصدر مجلس المفوضين في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 12/7/2015م، موافقته على طلب معالي وزير المالية إنشاء شركة ذات غرض خاص، وذلك بموجب كتاب السادة هيئة الأوراق المالية رقم (112/1781) تاريخ 13/7/2015م.

2.1 at the request of the Minister of finance under type number 15/20/17084 29/6/2015 addressed to his Excellency President of JSC, the Board of Commissioners at its meeting on 12 July 2015, agreed to request the Minister of finance to create special-purpose company under the book gentlemen securities (112/1781) 13/7/2015.

2.1 At the request of the Minister of Finance under his No. 15/20/17084 date of 06/29/2015 addressed to His Excellency the President of the JSC Board of Commissioners, the Board of Commissioners issued at its meeting held on 07.12.2015 M, agreed to request the Minister of Finance the establishment of a special purpose company, under a book Gentlemen Securities Commission No. (112/1781) date of 13/07/2015 m.

Results (English) 3:

2.1. At the request of the Minister of Finance in his book No. 15 / 20 / 17084 dated 29 / 6 / 2015, addressed to H.E. the president of the board of Commissioners the Council of Commissioners issued securities, in its meeting held on 12 / 7 / 2015, agreed to the request of the Minister of finance, establish a special purpose company the gentlemen of the securities by book No. (112 / 1781) dated 13 / 7 / 2015.
