12. ان التدريب المقدم للمتطوعين/ات في دائرة التاهيل/برنامج التربية الخاصة يعتبر مناسبا ويساهم في جعل المتطوعين/ات قادرين على مساعدة ودعم الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة، الا انه ما زال يحتاج الى تركيز وتعميق اكثر في مجال انواع الاعاقة وفهم احتياجات الاشخاص ذو الاعاقة وحقوقهم وفق القانون الفلسطيني والسياق الاجتماعي والثقافي للنظرة نحو الاشخاص ذو الاعاقة والمتابعة والمرافقة والتقييم لاداء المتطوعين/ات.
