لا تتمتع وحدات الصندوق بأي حقوق تصويت. فيما يتعلق بحقوق تصويت الصندوق في الاستثمارات القائمة، فإن مدير الصندوق مخول لممارسة كافة حقوق التصويت التي تتمتع بها استثمارات الصندوق و حضور اجتماعات الجمعيات العمومية للشركات ذات العلاقة دون الرجوع او اخذ مشورة مالكي الوحدات فيما يتعلق ذلك. يأخذ مدير الصندوق قرار التصويت بعد مشورة مع مسؤول المطابقة و الالتزام. كما سيتم تزويد مالكي الوحدات بسياسة حقوق التصويت عند طلبها و دون اي مقابل

The Fund's units do not have any voting rights. As regards the voting rights of the existing investment fund, the Fund Manager is authorized to exercise all the voting rights enjoyed by the investments of the Fund and attend general meetings of relevant companies without reference or advice with regard to unit holders. The Fund Manager takes the decision to vote after the advice with the compliance officer and compliance. It will also provide the unit holders voting rights policy upon request and free of charge

The units of the Fund does not have any voting rights. With respect to the rights of the Fund vote in the list of investments, the Fund is authorized to exercise all voting rights enjoyed by the Fund's investment manager and attend the meetings of the general assemblies of the companies with the relationship without reference or taking advice Unitholders with respect to that. Fund Manager takes the decision after voting with the corresponding official advice and commitment. It will also provide Unitholders voting rights policy upon request and without any charge

It will provide the owners of units with a voting rights upon request and without any charge.
