كـمـا انتهــى القطــاع مــن تصميــم نظــام وآليــة جديــدة لتقييــم أداء الموظفين لعام 2015م. تتضمــن إنجــازات القطــاع ايضاً مراجعــة وتحديــث كافــة سياســات الموارد البشريــة لضـمـان شمولها على كافــة الجوانــب التــي تســاعد على تســهيل إجــراءات العمــل وتوضيــح حقــوق الموظفين وواجباتهــم. كــما قامــت إدارة علاقات الموظفين باعتماد العديــد مــن الخدمــات الذاتيــة الجديــدة في نظــام الموارد البشريــة الخــاص بالبنــك لتحسين وتطويــر بعــض الإجراءات.
