ينبغي تعزيز اللوائح بأنظمة آمنة و شفافة لتتبع المستحضرات الصيدلانية في جميع مراحل سلسلة التوريد و التوزيع. و هي مسؤولية مشتركة بين الاطراف المعنية. و يجب ان يكون هناك إجراءات مكتوبة لضمان عملية تتبع المستحضرات الواردة و الموزعة و ذلك لتسهيل سحب المستحضرات في حالة الاستدعاء
