بالنسبة للكبد تدل النتائج الموجودة في جدول (21ب) ان هناك اختلافات عالية المعنوية وان الطيور التي غذيت علي العلائق ذات مستوي البروتين العادي باضافة 1.5% حمض الستريك اعطت اعلي قيمة(2.43%) وان الطيور التي غذيت علي العلائق المنخفضة البروتين والمضاف اليها حمض الفيوماريك بنسبة 1.5 اعطت اقل القيم اما باقي المجموعات التجريبية اعطت قيم وسطية بدون وجوداختلافات معنوية
