ان التفاعل الاجتماعي والروابط المشتركة التي يشير اليها قصي العمر (2011) تتعاظم بقدر ارتفاع الوعي الثقافي والاجتماعي والسياسي بين افراد وهيئات المجتمع والذي يكتسب اهمية في المشاركة المجتمعية ونوعيتها واتجاهها، فكلما زادت نسبة الوعي امتدت المشاركة الى مفردات ومجالات اكبر واكثر فاعلية.
