اذا لم يصدر الخاضع للضريبة فاتورة مطابقة لاحكام المادة 38 من هذا القانون، عندما يكون هذا الأمر إلزامياً ، أو في حال اصداره فاتورة تتضمن معلومات غير صحيحة.

Taxable if a bill identical to the provisions of article 38 of this law, when this command is mandatory, or if issued invoice contains incorrect information.

Results (English) 2:

If there was no taxable matching bill to the provisions of Article 38 of this Law, when this is mandatory, or in the case of issuing an invoice containing incorrect information.

Results (English) 3:

If the taxable invoice matching the provisions of Article 38 of this law, when this is mandatory, and if issued invoice information correct.
