عندما يتبين من جراء عملية الدرس او التكليف المباشر ان تسديد الضريبة قد تم بأقل مما هو متوجب، تفرض حكماً من تاريخ انتهاء مهلة تأدية الضريبة غرامة قدرها ثلاثة بالمئة شهرياً من المبلغ غير المسدد من الضريبة المتوجبة قانوناً والغرامات الملحقة بها.
