و بما ان الاعباء لا تخضع لنظام مارك

و بما ان الاعباء لا تخضع لنظام مارك اب بواقع 10% المعتمد من قبل الفرع، و بما انه في المقابل يقوم الفرع في لبنان بإرسال موظفين إلى الفروع في الخارج اي انه يقوم بتقديم الخدمات الادارية إلى الفروع الاخرى من دون احتساب اي هامش ربح على هذه البدلات، تم رد الاعتراض عن هذه النقطة و الابقاء على التكليف عملاً بالمادة 10 من قانون الاجراءات الضريبية
