وسيكون صافي الأصول في الصندوق مملوك

وسيكون صافي الأصول في الصندوق مملوكاً لمالكي الوحدات مجتمعين، ولا يكون لمدير الصندوق أو أمين الحفظ أي مصلحة أو مطالبة في هذه الأصول، إلا إذا كان مدير الصندوق مالكاً لوحدات في الصندوق، أو كان مسموحاً بتلك المطالبات ومفصحاً عنها في شروط الصندوق وأحكامه. ولا يكون لدائني مدير الصندوق أو أمين الحفظ أي حق في أموال الصندوق أو أصوله.

Net assets in the Fund will be owned by the unit holders collectively, and not be the Fund Manager or custodian of any interest or claim in these assets, unless the owner of the Fund Manager or fund units had allowed such claims and telling about it in terms of the Fund.
