أوضحت "د.هدى بنت محمد العميل" -مديرة جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبدالرحمن- أن جامعة الأميرة نورة أولت هذا الجانب عناية خاصة واهتماماً مضاعفاً، مؤكدة على ربط المخرجات التعليمية بحاجات سوق العمل المحلية، مشيرةً إلى أنّ الجامعة تعمل على تقييم كافة برامجها الأكاديمية، من خلال جهات علمية موثوقة بهدف تطوير مخرجات الجامعة أولاً، والعمل على إيجاد برامج أكاديمية تخدم سوق العمل، وتقلل من البطالة بين النساء في المملكة، مضيفةً أنّ الجامعة عملت على تنفيذ عدد كبير من الدورات والورش التدريبية والبرامج التأهيلية المختلفة بالتعاون مع كافة القطاعات، بهدف تأهيل المرأة إلى العمل وفق الفرص المتاحة في السوق المحلي، متمنيةً ألاّ تكون مخرجات الجامعات عالة على المجتمع تزيد من نسب البطالة الوطنية
