الطرف الاول يملك تطبيقات برنامج الحارس الذكي (Smart Guard) ، و الطرف الثاني سيقوم بالمشاركة في تجربة هذا التطبيق خلال فعاليات سباق الجائزة الكبرى فورملا " 1" بحلبة ياس بأبوظبي والذي يساهم في ارساء تدعيم الحالة الامنية اثناء تنفيذ مهامه وقد لاقت رغبة الطرف الثاني قبول ورضا الطرف الاول وعليه فقد تم الاتفاق بينهما على ابرام مذكرة التفاهم وفقا لما يلي :

First party owns intelligent goalkeeper software applications (Smart Guard), and the second party will participate in the experience of this application through the activities of the Grand Prix Formula "1" Circuit Yas, which contributes to lay the strengthening of the security situation during the execution of his duties has been met the desire of the second party acceptance and satisfaction first party and it has been agreed between them at the conclusion of a memorandum of understanding, according to the following:
