لا توقع المنشأة أيا من الجزاءات المنصوص عليها في هذه اللائحة إلا بعد إبلاغ العامل كتابة بالمخالفات المنسوبة إليه وسماع أقواله وتحقيق دفاعه وذلك بموجب محضر يودع بملفه الخاص .
