يحق للمنشأة إلغاء عقد العامل الذي لا يباشر مهام عمله دون عذر مشروع خلال (15) يوماً من تاريخ العقد بين الطرفين إذا كان متعاقداً معه من داخل المملكة وإذا لم يضع نفسه تحت تصرف المنشأة فور وصوله للمملكة إذا كان متعاقداً معه من الخارج .

Results (English) 1:

The Treaty is entitled to cancel the contract of an employee who is not exercising his functions without lawful excuse within (15) days from the date of the contract between the parties if the contract with him from inside the Kingdom and if places himself at the disposal of the established arrival to Saudi Arabia if contractors from abroad.

Results (English) 2:

Property right to cancel the factor that will not assume his duties without a legitimate excuse in a decade (15) days from the date of the contract between the parties if the contractor him from within the Kingdom and if you do not put himself at the disposal facility upon his arrival in the kingdom if the contractor with him from the outside.

Results (English) 3:

The enterprise may cancel the contract worker does not assume his duties without lawful excuse during (15) days from the date of the contract between the parties if a him. Within the Kingdom, if not put himself at the disposal of the established immediately upon arrival if a kingdom with him.
