لقد قمنا بالمراجعة وفقا لمعايير المراجعة المتعارف عليها في المملكة العربية السعودية. وتتطلب هذه المعايير إن يكون الهدف من تخطيطنا وتنفيذنا للمراجعة هو التوصل إلى درجة معقولة من القناعة بأن القوائم المالية لا تتضمن أية أخطاء جوهرية. واشتملت إجراءات تنفيذ المراجعة على فحص السجلات المحاسبية وفحص اختباري للمستندات المؤيدة للمبالغ والمعلومات الواردة ضمن القوائم المالية، كما اشتملت على تقييم للمبادئ المحاسبية المتبعة والتقديرات الهامة التي استندت إليها الإدارة، بالإضافة إلى تقييم لعرض القوائم المالية بصفة عامة. وفي اعتقادنا أن ما قمنا به من مراجعة يشكل أساسا معقولا نستند إليه في إبداء رأينا.

Results (English) 1:

We audit in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in Saudi Arabia. Those standards require that the planning and implementation of the review is to achieve a reasonable degree of conviction that the financial statements do not contain any material misstatement. The procedures for implementing the audit included an examination of the accounting records and a test examination of the supporting documents for the amounts and information contained in the financial statements, it also included an assessment of the accounting principles used and significant estimates made by management, as well as an assessment of the financial statement presentation. We believe that our audit formed a reasonable basis based mechanism in opinion.

Results (English) 2:

We review and according to generally accepted auditing standards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Those standards require that the objective of our planning and our implementation of the review is to a reasonable degree of assurance to reach the financial statements are free of material misstatement. And it included procedures for implementing the audit to examine the accounting records and examining test basis, evidence supporting the amounts and information contained within the financial statements, also included assessing the accounting principles used and significant estimates made by management, as well as an assessment of the presentation of financial statements in general. We believe that what we have done audit provides a reasonable basis for our opinion.
