ترسل الشركة إلى العميل إشعاراً لتأكيد الاشتراك بالصندوق وإشعاراً عند الاسترداد وذلك بإرسال رسائل نصية للمشترك إلى هاتفه المحمول المسجل في نموذج البيانات الخاص بالعميل والمتضمن في هذه الاتفاقية ويحق للشركة اعتبار أن تأكيد الصفقة صحيح ومعتمد من العميل إذا لم يقدم العميل اعتراضا خطي خلال 24 ساعة من إرسال إشعار التأكيد.

The company will send to the client a notice to confirm the subscription by the Fund and notification when redemption by sending text messages to mobile phone registered on our customer's data contained in this agreement, company shall be entitled to consider that the confirmation of the deal is valid and supported by the customer if the customer submits a written objection within 24 hours of the confirmation notice.

The company sends to the client a notice to confirm subscribe to the Fund and notice when the recovery by sending text messages to subscribers to his mobile phone registered in the customer's data model and is included in this agreement and the Company may be considered to confirm the transaction properly and supported from the client if the client did not provide a written objection within 24 hours of sending Confirmation notice.
