ويتولى سالم حاليا منصب مسؤول خدمة العملاء في شركة الصرف الصحي حيث يتولى مسؤوليه الاشراف على جميع مراكز خدمة العملاء التابعة لشركة الصرف الصحي في ابوظبي والمنطقة الغربيه. ومن خلاله عمله قام باجراء تحسينات على الاجراءات والعمليات وموائمتها مع معايير الجوده لرفع مستوى الخدمه من حيث الدقة والجوده وسرعة الاستجابه، كما قام بتطوير دليل الإجراءات الخاصة بادارة خدمة العملاء ، وإعداد كتيبات وادله ارشاديه للمتعاملين تشمل على جميع المعلومات ذات الصله مما ادى الى زيادة وعي المتعامل بمتطلبات ومعايير الشركه ووضع الإجراءات التنظيمية لتنظيم عمل المفتشين وتسهيل عملية المتابعة والتدقيق. كما كان ضمن لجنة جائز التميز الداخليه حيث تم تكليفه من قبل المدير العام بإعداد الوثائق الخاصة بمعيار القيادة ومعيار المتعاملين

Through his work he undertook improvements to procedures and processes and adapt the standards to upgrade service quality in terms of accuracy and speed of response, and the development of procedures for managing customer service, manuals and guides to include all relevant information resulting in increased awareness of customer requirements and company standards and regulatory procedures for the Organization of the work of the inspectors and to facilitate the process of scrutiny. And through his work he make improvements to procedures and processes and align with the quality standards to raise the level of service in terms of precision, quality and speed of response, also developed special procedures guide the management of customer service, and the preparation of manuals and guides to customers include all the relevant information, which led to increasing the awareness of trader requirements and company standards and the development of regulatory procedures for organizing the work of the inspectors and to facilitate the follow-up process and auditing.
