تأسست الجمعية في مدينة القدس وهي مخصصة لخدمة جميع افراد المجتمع المقدسي، بغض النظر عن (الانتماءات السياسية والدينية، ومكانتهم الإجتماعية) ولتزويدهم بخدمات مختلفة ومتنوعة، ومنها تطوير ورعاية المواهب الفنية، وتمكين الأطفال والشباب بالمجال التربوي والمهني، بالاضافة الى الدعم الاجتماعي والثقافي و التعليمي والنفسي .
