إلا أنه وللأسف الشديد، قد قامت شركة الاتصالات السعودية بتنظيم فعالية في مدينة ينبع بتاريخ 18 ديسمبر 2015 (مرفق الصور أدناه) مستخدمة شخصيات "افتح يا سمسم" وأغنية "افتح يا سمسم" من دون الحصول على إذن مسبقاً منا، وبشكل غير مناسب مما يعد انتهاكاً صارخاً لحقوق الملكية الفكرية المملوكة لنا!
