عرض الأستاذ الباز التقارير التي تقدم للجنة المراجعة بشكل شهري وبين ما الذي تم تسليمه للجنة السابقة والتقارير التي لم يتم تسليمها بعد. وبين الأستاذ الباز بأن التأخر في تسليم التقارير جاء تبعاً لانقطاع اجتماعات اللجنة السابقة ومن ثم فترة تعيين اللجنة الجديدة بالإضافة إلى ذلك مما قد يؤخرنا في تسليم التقارير تدخلنا في عمل بعض الإدارات لإنهاء بعض الأمور الهامة والمستعجلة كمتطلبات مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي. طلب أعضاء اللجنة تزويدهم بنسخ عن كافة التقارير التي تم تسليمها للجنة السابقة خلال العام 2016م. بالإضافة إلى ما سبق، أكد أعضاء اللجنة على أهمية تزويدهم خلال الاجتماع القادم المقرر انعقاده في شهر يوليو 2016م بكافة التقارير العالقة لغاية شهر يونيو 2016م.

8.6 استفسر أعضاء اللجنة عن وجود برنامج رقابي محدث، فأفاد الأستاذ الباز بوجود برنامج رقابي لكن لم يطرأ عليه أي تغييرات جوهرية لتحديثه، لكن من الجيد مراجعته وتحديثه إن لزم الأمر.

8.7 وضح الأستاذ الباز أهمية توظيف أشخاص ذو خبرة وبين رغبته بتعديل التشكيل الإداري في إدارته وأنه قد قدم رغبته للجنة السابقة برفع رتبة المشرف لتصبح مدير. أفاد أعضاء اللجنة بأنهم سيدرسون الموضوع لاحقاً تبعاً للدراسة التي تقوم بها إدارة الموارد البشرية مع Hay Group.

8.7 وبعد البحث والتداول اتخذ أعضاء اللجنة بالإجماع القرار التالي:
